A member of the Inverness Arabs and a regular contributor to United's official website and matchday programme, Niall created the DUFC Archive in 2007, primarily as a post-1960 database of United statistics, before the Archive's coverage was expanded from 1909 to the present day during the Club's centenary year. Niall remains the administrator of the Archive, handling the website design and MySQL database administration, while contributing to all aspects of the site. As well as updating player and match records, Niall continues to research and develop the site's level of statistical detail and explore new ways to display the Archive's vast array of information.

Along with Niall, Bryan is a co-administrator of the site.

A frequent contributor and reporter for the Dundee United media team, Graeme originally got involved with the Archive by assisting with the upload of many United programmes covers from his personal collection. He has since become a valuable member of the team, devoting countless hours to the optical character recognition of old match reports and managers' notes, helping to fill in gaps in opposition team line-ups, assisting with write ups for the Hall of Kits, and providing countless ideas for new features. In 2014, Graeme began the monumental task of scanning magazine articles from a range of football magazines, which were then uploaded to the site. Graeme is also the week-to-week official match reporter for the Archive, adding match reports as new games are played.
