International Debut:
April 25th, 2001 vs. Poland

Although on the fringes of the Scotland squad in the earlier part of his career, Miller eventually won International recognition after his re-emergence as a quality player during his time at United, with Scotland manager Craig Brown giving Miller his first cap in a friendly match against Poland in Bydgoszcz in April 2001. Soon after, Brown resigned as Scotland boss, and Miller was overlooked.
